In September, we shared two options for a new Extension administrative structure designed to achieve four goals: increase agent time available for programming; increase mentoring opportunities between agents and supervisors; streamline our fiscal accountability and compliance; and reduce our staff to supervisor ratios. Our three Extension transition teams reviewed feedback from September and early October, and a consensus regarding a new administrative structure emerged. The new structure includes 28 areas divided in three regions. An overview of the model, a map and more details are now available on the transition website
