After a thoughtful search process and review of feedback, I am happy to announce the three Regional Extension Directors.

All three will start their new roles on February 1, while continuing to fulfill their District Director duties until Area Extension Directors are hired. Further details about the Area Extension Director hiring process will be provided later this month and the hiring process will begin.
The Regional Extension Directors will be an important addition to our system as we transition our administrative model. We were fortunate to have an outstanding candidate pool and extend our sincerest thanks to all who applied. Each one had unique ideas on enhancing our system. We appreciate the contributions of the regional search committees and the time they dedicated to the process.
Thank you to those that provided valuable feedback on the Regional Extension Director candidates. This feedback was important as final decisions were made.
I am looking forward to working closely with new Regional Directors as we move forward.
