The lodging room block for the 2025 Kentucky Extension Conference is OPEN for reservations!

Two types of lodging rooms are available at conference rates. Standard rooms in the Galt House West Tower are $189 per night. Executive one-bedroom suites in the East Tower are $209 per night. For either option, a discounted parking rate of $15 per day for self-parking and $40 per day for valet parking will apply.

For University of Kentucky Extension personnel with a work or home address within 50 miles of the conference location, a waiver of the 50-mile rule regarding overnight lodging has been approved. Please follow your normal procedures for budget approval for overnight lodging. 

Kentucky State University Extension personnel should work through your normal channels for all travel approvals and arrangements, including any applicable overnight lodging procedures.

Reservations must be made by February 3, 2025, to secure the conference rate.

As you plan your travel, please note that conference activities will begin in the late afternoon on March 3^rd (3:30-4:00 p.m. EDT) and conclude midday on March 5^th. The West Tower will be the primary site of most agenda sessions, with the use of meeting space in the East Tower more limited.
