Conference Agenda and Logistics
Our conference app has launched! The conference will be primarily paperless, so make sure to follow the instructions below to download the Whova app and create an account. Log in to access agenda details, speaker information, opportunities for attendee interaction and more.
Make sure to download and review the overview agenda. Navigate to the conference agenda webpage for further session details. Note: This agenda is subject to change.

How to access the webportal
- Access the web portal by clicking on this link that was sent by the organizer. If you can't find it, please email the organizers. After you sign up on Whova mobile, you should receive an email with the web portal link to access your event on your laptop/desktop.
- Click the “Go to Web Portal” button on the page.
- On the login screen, make sure you sign in with the email that you used to register for the conference. And if you already signed up on the mobile app, use the same account and password.
- Then access the web portal which functions similarly to the app but has a bigger interface for better access.
Conference Registration Update
The conference registration form is now closed. If you have questions about attendance, please contact Melissa Feddes or Kim Henken.
If you would like to make sure you are registered, click here to access the registration list as of February 14th, 2025.
Need to find your registration confirmation email? Search All Mailboxes in Outlook using “Survey Submission Completed” in the search bar. The confirmation message will show Melissa Feddes noreply-qualtrics@uky.edu in the ‘from’ field.
Hotel reservations:
The conference will be held at The Galt House Hotel in downtown Louisville, Kentucky.
Room availability at the conference rate is no longer guaranteed as the cutoff was February 21st. Inquiries regarding reservations are best made by phone, call 502-589-5200 or 800-843-4258. Reference the code 022325EXT to check status of the conference rate.
Conference rates: Standard rooms in the Galt House West Tower are $189 per night. Executive one-bedroom suites in the East Tower are $209 per night.
