Registration is now open! Keep the following in mind when submitting registration.

  • Health and safety precautions have been incorporated into the agenda. Sessions will be held in the Central Bank Center, Hyatt Regency and Hilton Downtown. Utilizing three facilities allows room to spread out, set rooms under maximum capacities, hold meals in large rooms with fewer attendees per table, and provide spacing between participants.
  • The University of Kentucky and Kentucky State University indoor face mask requirements will be in effect throughout the conference.
  • Attendance for many sessions will be capped, with registration and room capacities monitored closely. Register early to have broader choices for concurrent session attendance.
  • Updates on health and safety precautions will be shared as registration proceeds.
  • Attendance is highly encouraged. Agents with questions about attendance should talk with your Area Extension Director. Others are encouraged to consult your supervisor, chair, or program leader as appropriate.
  • Given the significant resources needed to provide a quality in-person experience, a fully virtual option is not planned.
  • Pre-registration for concurrent sessions is required. Please review the session descriptions prior to accessing the registration link so that you will be prepared to select sessions based upon your interests.
  • Once a specific breakout session within each concurrent session block is at capacity, it will no longer be listed as an option in the registration survey.
  • There is no cost to register.
  • Please consider meal functions carefully and submit registration based upon attendance plans. Once an individual is included in a meal count, there will be a cost incurred by the conference.
  • Regarding lodging for those with a home or work address in near proximity to the conference location:
    • For Kentucky State University personnel: Generally, overnight stays will be not approved for trips within 40 miles except in cases of continuous travel (which the conference falls under). For additional questions, please refer back to Kentucky State University Land-grant Administration.
    • For University of Kentucky faculty, specialists and associates with a work or home address within 50 miles of the conference locations: Please talk with your supervisor or unit leader/chair regarding overnight lodging.
    • For University of Kentucky agents who live or work within 50 miles of the conference location: A waiver of the 50-mile rule regarding overnight lodging has been approved. Be sure to answer the question on the registration form to take advantage of the waiver.
  • Please be sure to submit your registration by November 3rd.
