Administrative Team, Agent Team, Faculty and Specialist Team
The College of Agriculture, Food and Environment engaged TEConomy Partners, LLC to examine the current Extension administrative structure and advise on how county-level management might be deployed most effectively. The company was chosen based upon previous work with Extension nationally and their experience in analyzing organizational structure. An Executive Summary of their findings is now available on the Extension Transition website. The recommendations will help guide our work, but will not be implemented in their entirety. We value the review and are working to craft an administrative structure for the future of University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension.
