September 6, 2019 Meeting Recap

The Extension Agent Transition Team met September 6, 2019. The team read and discussed a consulting firm review of the current University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service administrative structure and recommendations provided by the consultants. Focus then shifted to discussion of two potential administrative structure models. The team prepared to lead discussions of the administrative structure models at the September 18th district staff meetings. The meeting concluded with outlining potential stakeholder communications and setting future team meeting dates.
