July 10, 2019 Meeting Recap

The Extension Administrative Transition Team held an initial meeting July 10, 2019. Discussions focused on a consulting firm review of the current University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service administrative structure and recommendations provided by the consultants. The team is early in the process of considering administrative structure changes that recommend a structure including area and regional directors. At the conclusion of the meeting, the team determined a two-day meeting was needed to allow time for in-depth discussions.
