Faculty and Specialist Team
The Extension Faculty and Specialist Transition Team met September 9, 2019. The team read and discussed a consulting firm review of the current University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension administrative structure. Discussion then focused on two potential administrative structure models. The group identified opportunities for cross-county programming enhancements through implementation of a new administrative structure. The team will meet next October 15, 2019.
