The Agent Transition Team met October 10, 2019 in Bardstown. The agenda focused on discussion of the feedback received regarding the two possible administrative structure models shared at September district staff meetings. The group summarized key points and outlined potential modifications. A consensus recommendation regarding a new administrative model was determined. An update was provided regarding the hiring process for the three Regional Extension Directors. Feedback was collected regarding the Area Extension Director position and plans were outlined for the next transition discussion at November district staff meetings.
