The Extension Administrative Transition Team met October 9, 2019 on-campus at UK. The team reviewed feedback received regarding the two possible administrative structure models shared at September district staff meetings. Key consensus points from that feedback were noted and a recommendation regarding an administrative model was developed. The group discussed issues to consider and address going forward, communication strategies for implementation of the new administrative structure, and an implementation timeline. Sub-committees outlined task lists and next steps.
